We are looking for a Data Administrative to join our client's office team. You will be responsible for managing and analysing school data, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data records and supporting data-driven decision-making processes.
This is a full time role and you will be expected to work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only.

Your role as a School Data Administrative Officer will include:
- To ensure all duties and responsibilities are discharged in accordance with the school's health and safety at work policy
- Ensure to maintain data systems, generate reports, take detailed and accurate minutes of meetings
- Manage the integrity of the data relevant to the School Reports process for Nursery, Junior and Senior Schools
- Maintain appropriate level of documentation and training for staff responsible for data administration, including creation of SOPs for routine aspects of data management
- Ensure regular checking, cleansing and purging of data to ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection guidelines, in particular, GDPR
- Liaise with First Aid and the Office as regards maintaining pupil records, including medical information
Who we're looking for:
- Experienced in the use of a management information database (SIMS)
- Excited about working in a school environment and able to relate positively to children, parents and visitors
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential
- Enhanced DBS on update service or willingness to complete a new DBS
- Proficiency in school data management software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Understanding of data protection regulations and best practices
- Flexible, organised, efficient and able to meet deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant professional experience with 2 recent professional references
