We are looking for an experienced Data Manager & Analyst to join this vibrant school team. The position will begin as soon as possible and the candidate should expect to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Responsibilities of this position involve the following:
... - Be responsible for preparing regular information and analysis to agreed specifications for regular meetings
- Communicate analytical matters to non-analytic professionals
- Manage and maintain student records and school databases
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity and security
- Generate reports and analytics for school leadership, teachers and external stakeholders
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve student outcomes
- Support exam results analysis, attendance tracking, and performance evaluation
- Work with different departments to streamline data processes and improve efficiency
Requirements for this role:
- Candidates must be legally authorised to work in the UK
- An up-to-date enhanced DBS check on the update service, or a willingness to apply for a new one
- Two recent professional references
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have experience of using SIMS
- Must possess knowledge of statistics and experience of using statistical packages for analysing large datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
