This school is looking for a Data Officer to join their team. This position will begin as soon as possible and the candidate should expect to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the school's Management Information System (MIS)
- Ensure accurate data collection, analysis and reporting for internal and external use
- Support staff with data-related queries and training on school systems
- Assist with exam entries, assessment tracking and timetabling processes
- Provide technical support and training to staff on data systems and reporting tools

Basic requirements:
- Right to work in the UK (Essential)
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get new one
- 2 recent professional references
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with school data systems (e.g., SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom)
- Understanding of data protection and confidentiality requirements in an educational setting
