We are looking for a Data and Exams Manager to join our fantastic team in this Newham school.
You will be required to work from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm, Monday-Friday, in this full-time position.

Some of your main responsibilities for this role:
- To be responsible for the administration, organisation and smooth running of Academy and public examinations
- Work collaboratively with SLT , Progress and Achievement leaders, Form tutors and with other agencies
- To contribute to the promotion of the general progress and well-being of children and staff within the Academy
- Support the arrangements for all internal examinations including CATS tests and reading tests, timetable rooming and invigilation
- Import all internal assessment data, public exam results being into SIMS, SISRA and ALPS
- Produce student progress reports for parents/carers as per the school's reporting cycle
- Oversee user access to all data and MIS systems. Checking attendance during examinations and recording details of late arrivals
- Escorting candidates from venues during the examinations as required, and supervising candidates whilst outside examination venues
- Collecting and collating scripts at the end of the examination in accordance with strict procedures.
Requirements / Skills:
- Experience of working in a school or academy setting as an Examinations Officer
- Knowledge of school exam boards
- 2 recent professional references
- Right to work in UK (Essential)
- An enhanced DBS on the update service
- Experience of using an MIS and other systems
- Excellent keyboard skills and of using Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good communication skill and attention to detail
- Understanding of the practical application of Equal Opportunities in an Academy context
