We are seeking a dedicated Exams Officer to join our dynamic team. This position will begin as soon as possible and the candidate should expect to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
... - Overseeing the administration and smooth running of all internal and external examinations
- Liaising with exam boards, teachers and students to ensure compliance with regulations
- Managing exam timetables, invigilators and seating arrangements
- Ensuring accurate entry and secure handling of exam papers and results
- Providing support and guidance to students regarding exam procedures

Basic requirements:
- Right to work in the UK (Essential)
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get new one
- 2 recent professional references
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of exam board regulations and procedures (desirable)
- Proficiency in IT and data management systems
