About the role
This is a crucial position which offers a friendly and welcoming working environment. As a Family Support worker you will provide vulnerable learners with the necessary social, emotional, and mental health assistance in order for them to flourish. You will have to play a major part in ensuring that all students are safe and effectively communicate with their families.
You will work together with children, parents, guardians and the staff members.
You will be a role model of excellence for pastoral support and family liaison and collaborate strategically with the leadership group to enhance the family assistance and pastoral care offerings.

Requirements to get qualified for this wonderful role:
- Relevant experience working with children with special needs
- Enhanced DBS check (or be willing to apply for one)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- 2 recent proven professional references
- Full Driving License with use of a car with business class insurance in order to travel to meetings
- Flexibility to travel within (location)
