We are seeking a dedicated School Finance Assistant to support our busy finance department. This position will begin as soon as possible and the candidate should expect to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with financial administration, including processing invoices and purchase orders
• Managing school accounts, reconciling transactions and maintaining accurate records
• Handling petty cash and supporting budget monitoring
• Liaising with suppliers, staff and external stakeholders regarding financial queries
• Supporting payroll, expenses and financial reporting as needed

Basic requirements:

• Right to work in the UK (Essential)
• Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get new one
• 2 recent professional references
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
