This is an exciting opportunity for an efficient and effective administrator to provide key support to our busy Front Office and Reception at our client's School.
The role is full time during school term Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

In this role, you will:
- Be a Welcoming Presence: Greet visitors, answer phones and manage general inquiries with a smile
- Keep Us Organised: Manage appointments, handle mail and maintain student information systems
- Support School Operations: Assist with financial transactions, such as processing school meal payments
- Provide Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to designated staff members as needed
- Contribute to a Positive Environment: Help with school events and communications to foster a welcoming atmosphere
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience of working with children and young people, ideally in a school or educational setting
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
- 2 recent professional references
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and school database SIMS
- A strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and child protection policies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with students, families and colleagues
