About the School:

We are looking to add a proactive and diligent HR Officer to the Operations team at the school.
School hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. This is a full time position that is open to start ASAP.

Key responsibilities of this role:
- To manage the coordination of HR review meetings alongside senior leaders and the schools external HR service provider
- Administer HR-related documentation such as offer letters, contracts, leavers and amendments
- Manage all aspects of recruiting, including advertising, interviews and selection
- Organise and carry out employee orientations to guarantee a seamless onboarding process
- Create and handle HR paperwork, such as letters, reports and contracts
- Keep up with modifications to employment laws and make sure school policies are updated.
Requirements we need from you:
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
- 2 recent professional references
- Previous HR experience, preferably within a school environment
- Focus on the impact and outcomes of HR activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach
- Right to work in the UK (Essential)
