This dynamic school in Lambeth, supporting staff and students with all their IT needs. With a strong focus on innovation and technology, our client strives to create a dynamic and engaging environment where both staff and students can thrive.

We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join this school. This position will begin as soon as possible and the candidate should expect to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support to staff and students, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Maintain and manage school networks, devices and software applications
• Install, configure and update IT equipment, including computers, printers and interactive whiteboards
• Ensure data security and compliance with school policies
• Support the integration of technology in the classroom

Basic requirements:

• Right to work in the UK (Essential)
• Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get new one
• 2 recent professional references
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and positive approach to IT challenges
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, network management and cybersecurity principles
