We are seeking a School Occupational Health Practitioner to provide expert health advice and support to our teaching and support staff. You will play a key role in reducing absenteeism, improving staff wellbeing, and creating a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational health assessments for school employees.
- Provide support with workplace adaptations and adjustments.
- Implement proactive health initiatives to improve wellbeing.
- Support staff with mental health and work-related stress management.
- Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to develop health policies.
Requirements:
- Qualified Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) or Occupational Health Advisor (OHA).
- Previous experience in schools, public sector, or healthcare preferred.
- Knowledge of employment health law, risk assessments, and disability adjustments.
- A compassionate and proactive approach to employee wellbeing.
