We are seeking a dedicated and organised School Office Manager to join our vibrant team at this school.
School hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday and this is a full time position that is open to start ASAP.
The successful candidate will have the below responsibilities:
... - To line manage and be responsible for the effective management and deployment of the Office Administrator
- To support with the induction process for volunteers, contracted/temporary staff and support lines
- Responsible for morning cover requirements
- Assist the School Operations Manager with the planning & development of school support services
- Co-ordinating the content for school publications, including: newsletters, reports and questionnaires
- Be responsible for the management of admissions in the school
- Participate in training, other learning activities and performance development as Manage and maintain manual and computerised record/information system (SIMS)
- Sort and distribute school emails and letters promptly
- Responsible for all administrative and organisational processes
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential
- Enhanced DBS is required on the update service or Randstad will help you get a new one
- Experience of working as an Office Manager in a school is preferable
- 2 previous proven references
- Ability to use basic computer skills, such as email and data entry
- Effective communication and attention to detail skills
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with private matters
