This diverse and vibrant school is looking for a friendly experienced Personal Assistant to join their team.
This is a full time role and the normal hours will be between 8.00am - 4.00pm, You will also need to be available for 5 days each week.

Some of the responsibilities to be considered for this role:

- To be responsible for managing the Headteacher's diary, ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently, and conflicts are resolved promptly
- You will manage other staff in the School Office, supporting them in providing an efficient, friendly and professional front line service for staff, parents, pupils and visitors
- Dealing with all phone calls and personal enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Arranging and assisting with meetings as requested, including booking rooms, providing refreshments, preparation of materials and minute taking, in order to ensure their timeliness and smooth-running
- Meeting and greeting the Headteacher's visitors, displaying due courtesy and tact to ensure that visitors are welcomed into a friendly and professional environment
- Responsibility for collating exclusion, suspension, appeals, investigations and complaints documentation paperwork
The required skills for this position are listed below:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting
- Eligibility to work in the UK (essential)
- DBS on a update service is a must or willingness to get a new one
- Provide specific references
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff, parents, and external stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
