We are seeking a committed, hardworking School Reception Administrator with exceptional attention to detail.
The role will start as soon as possible and the candidate will be expected to work 8 am to pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities of this position involve the following:
- Undertake the effective operation of the site reception, so that visitors, staff and students are greeted in a friendly and appropriate manner
- Securing the highest standards of administration, presentation, public and internal relations in accordance with the aims and aspirations of the school
- Ensure that the safeguarding procedures are in place at all times regarding visitors, parents and students
- Ensure that the reception and adjacent areas are neat and tidy, free from clutter or hazards and present school in a positive, professional light as the first point of contact always
- Respond to telephone enquiries and ensure that they are directed to the appropriate person/location
- Undertake a range of administrative support duties from the administration pool of work as directed by the Admin Manager
- To assist in maintaining various records, lists and databases as appropriate

Requirements for this role:
- Previous experience working in School environments
- Show skills with a variety of IT packages FMS and SIMS are essential
- A DBS is needed the update service or we can support in getting you a new enhanced DBS
- Eligibility to work in the UK (Essential)
- Willing to work independently and effective communication skills
- Dedication to developing the school's culture and principles and achieving the highest results for each and every student
- Ability to fulfil deadlines and work under pressure
- 2 proven relevant references
