We are seeking a dedicated and organised School Receptionist to join our vibrant team at this school.
This is a full time position that is open to start ASAP and school hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities of this position involve the following:
- Be the face of the school, welcoming visitors and answering calls
- Ensure visitors check into the school for safeguarding purpose
- Maintain accurate pupil information, files and ensure correlation to hard files
- Act as the school's first aid co-ordinator
- Assist the needs of organisations, contractors and both and current parents' enquiries
- To liaise with the site team to ensure reception and communal staff areas are kept tidy and well-stocked
- General administration duties including formatting and sending correspondence, diary management and responding to student and teacher enquiries
Requirements for this role:
- Right to work in the UK (Essential)
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get new one
- 2 recent professional references
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach
- Previous Receptionist experience within a school environment required
- Focus on the impact and outcomes of Reception activities
