Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming students, parents and visitors with a warm and professional attitude
• Managing phone calls, emails and general inquiries efficiently
• Assisting with administrative tasks, including attendance and school records
• Supporting staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

Basic requirements:

• Right to work in the UK (Essential)
• Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get new one
• 2 recent professional references
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A friendly, patient and professional manner
