We are seeking a customer-focused and adaptable Receptionist with strong interpersonal skills to provide an efficient reception service for School.
This is a full time position from 8.30am - 4.30pm school term time only and Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities of working on this position:
- To ensure that the reception area remains tidy and that literature and forms are updated and replenished as necessary
- Maintain radio contact with Operations Manager, Site Team and Pastoral
- To monitor entry systems for the main gate and reception area, including during fire drills
- Ensure that queries are dealt with effectively, taking the initiative to identify and handle issues that arise on behalf of the leadership team and others
- Interacting with parents, carers, colleagues and visitors to the school, at all levels of seniority, with confidence, tact and professionalism
- Liaise with colleagues and external contacts at all levels of seniority with confidence, tact and diplomacy
These are some of the skills that we need from you:
- Previous experience of reception duties, excellent communication, good ICT (Outlook and Word) skills are essential
- Experience gained within a school environment and knowledge of SIMS would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and customer service manner including dealing with a diverse range of people
- Good organisational, telephone manner and time-management skills
- Right to work in the UK is Essential
