This school now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join this fantastic team. The role will start as soon as possible and the candidate will be expected to work 8:00am to 4:00 Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities of this position involve the following:
... - To perform the duties of a school receptionist
- Greet all incoming parents and guests respectfully and professionally, determining their needs, checking scheduled appointments and directing them
- Be knowledgeable and current on school activities, programs and events related to the school calendar
- To respond quickly and effectively to any personal questions and phone calls in order to enhance the school's reputation
- Ensure reprographics requests are fulfilled on time
- Undertake general administrative procedures
Requirements for this role:
- Right to work in the UK (Essential)
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get new one
- 2 recent professional references
- Previous Receptionist experience, preferably within a school environment
- Focus on the impact and outcomes of Reception activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach
