An opportunity has arisen for a School Receptionist to join our friendly, hard-working Administration Team. The school timings are from Monday-Friday and 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Main Areas of Responsibilities:
... - Run the front desk and administration for the school campus
- Welcome visitors to the school ensuring all guests are signed in correctly
- Log out any children, staff or guests that leave the building throughout the day
- Keep reception, front desk area and office tidy
- Maintain the school register (SIMS) daily, following up absences in line with Attendance Policy
- Liaise with teaching staff on administrative matters where appropriate
- Assist with day-to-day parental requests and arrange appointments for parents
- Respond to incoming phone calls and e-mails in a timely manner
- Prepare and send attendance letters in liaison with the Senior Leadership Team

These are some of the requirements that we need from you :
- Previous experience working in a school environment is essential
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
- Right to work in the UK (Essential)
- 2 recent professional references
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills which indicate a warm, efficient and hospitable manner to all
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to change
