About the School:

We are looking for a devoted, meticulous and highly organised school receptionist. The role will start as soon as possible and the candidate will be expected to work 8:00am to 4:00 Monday to Friday.

Here are the requirements we need from you:
... - Right to work in the UK (Essential)
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get new one
- Focus on the impact and outcomes of Reception activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach
- 2 recent professional references
- Previous Receptionist experience, preferably within a school environment
The main targets of successful candidate will be:
- Must be representing the school in a professional and welcoming manner
- Ensure reprographics requests are fulfilled on time
- Undertake general administrative procedures
- Greet all incoming parents and guests respectfully and professionally, determining their needs, checking scheduled appointments and directing them
- Be knowledgeable and current on school activities, programs and events related to the school calendar
- Assist in arrangements for school trips, events
- Provide general advice and guidance to staff, pupils and others
