This school now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join this fantastic team. The role will start as soon as possible and the candidate will be expected to work 8:00am to 4:00 Monday to Friday.

Requirements for this role:
- Right to work in the UK (Essential)
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get new one
- 2 recent professional references
- Previous Receptionist experience, preferably within a school environment
- Focus on the impact and outcomes of Reception activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach
Responsibilities of this position involve the following:
- General administration duties including formatting and sending correspondence, diary management and responding to student and teacher enquiries
- Maintain accurate pupil information and files and ensure correlation to hard files
- Monitor and follow up student attendance using relevant MIS software
- To meet and greet parents and visitors upon arrival
- To demonstrate a personal commitment to safeguarding and student/colleague well-being
- Assist the needs of external organisations, contractors and both prospective and current parents enquiries
