We are seeking a School Receptionist to join our team in Swanley. This position will begin as soon as possible and the candidate should expect to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors and handling enquiries
• Being the first point of contact for visitors, parents and staff
• Managing phone calls and emails professionally
• Assisting with administrative tasks and data entry
• Supporting the school staff with daily operations

Basic requirements:

• Right to work in the UK (Essential)
• Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get new one
• 2 recent professional references
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems (or willingness to learn)
• A friendly and professional approach
