We are looking for a hardworking, committed School Receptionist who pays close attention to details. The position will begin as soon as possible and the candidate should expect to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Responsibilities of this position involve the following:
... - Serve as the school's representative through answering calls and greeting guests
- Maintain accurate pupil information and files and ensure correlation to hard files
- Ensure visitors check into the school for safeguarding purpose
- Assist the needs of organisations, contractors and current parent's enquiries
- General administration duties including formatting and sending correspondence, diary management and responding to student and teacher enquiries
- Act as the school's first aid co-ordinator
- To liaise with the site team to ensure reception and communal staff areas are kept tidy and well-stocked

Requirements for this role:
- Right to work in the UK (Essential)
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get new one
- Previous Reception work experience, preferably within a school environment
- Focus on the impact and outcomes of Reception activities
- 2 recent professional references
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach
