This school is looking for a Reprographics Officer to join their team. This position will begin as soon as possible and the candidate should expect to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain printing, photocopying and finishing equipment
- Design and produce high-quality printed materials for staff and students
- Manage the ordering of printing supplies and ensure cost-effective resource use
- Support staff with formatting, printing and digital document preparation
- Ensure all reprographics tasks meet school deadlines and quality standards
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection compliance
Basic requirements:
- Right to work in the UK (Essential)
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get new one
- 2 recent professional references
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in reprographics, printing
- Strong IT skills, including knowledge of printing software and design tools
