We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and inclusive school in Erith, London. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children, helping them to develop confidence and independence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS on the Updated service or willing to apply for one
- Need the SEN TA to be available for 5 days in a week
- Must have worked with SEN schools or SEN Children for at least 6 months in the UK
- Willing to work Long- Term/ Full-Time

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support Learning by assisting students with special needs during lessons
- Individual Assistance by Providing 1:1 sessions with the students whenever needed
- Monitor and track student progress, offering regular feedback to teaching staff and parents
- Support students with communication, social interaction and emotional regulation
- Work closely with the class teacher to implement personalised learning strategies.
- Create a nurturing and positive learning environment where every child can thrive.
