Key Responsibilities of this role include:

• Liaising with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals to track progress and adapt support
• Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons and interventions
• Supporting students with personal, emotional and social development
• Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs and learning difficulties
