We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join this vibrant and inclusive school in Redbridge. You will play a vital role in supporting children with special educational needs (SEN), helping them to reach their full potential in a nurturing and encouraging environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS on the Updated service or willing to apply for one
- Need the SEN TA to be available for 5 days in a week
- Must have worked with SEN schools or SEN Children for at least 6 months in the UK
- Willing to work Long- Term/ Full-Time
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and group support to students with a range of learning needs
- Monitor and track student progress, reporting to teaching staff and parents
- Encourage independence and confidence in learners
- Assist the class teacher in implementing tailored learning strategies
- Foster a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment
