Are you passionate about making a positive impact on young learners?

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive school in Tower Hamlets, London. You will provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them access the curriculum and develop their social and academic skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support students with varying needs, including Autism, ADHD and Speech & Language difficulties
• Assist with personal care where necessary
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to SEN students
• Assist the class teacher in implementing individual learning plans (ILPs)
• Monitor and record students' progress, providing feedback to teaching staff

Preferred Qualifications:

• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Need the SEN TA to be available for 5 days in a week
• Willing to work Long- Term/ Full-Time
• Must have worked with SEN schools or SEN Children for at least 6 months in the UK
• Enhanced DBS on the Updated service or willing to apply for one
