Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: £35,700 - £49,400 per annum (paid in KWD), depending on experience
- Bonuses/Incentives: End-of-service gratuity payable for contracts of 2+ years.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Duties:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated Science and Physics lessons to Secondary students (Years 7-13)
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters a passion for Science and Physics.
- Implement the UK National Curriculum effectively, ensuring appropriate differentiation and assessment strategies.
- Track student progress and provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum materials and teaching strategies.
Additional Duties:
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings.
- Contribute to the school's extracurricular activities program.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Science, Phyics or a related field. Relevant teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
- Experience Required: Experience with the UK Curriculum is highly desirable.
- Preferred Skills: Excellent communication and classroom management skills, adaptability, strong teamwork, and a passion for teaching in a diverse, international setting.
