Position: Science Teacher (Full or Part-Time)
Salary: £30,000 - £46,525 per annum
Start Date: January 2025
Are you an inspiring and passionate Science teacher? We are looking for a dedicated educator to join our team in Clacton, with the flexibility of either a full or part-time role. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in a supportive and progressive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Science to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
- Potential to teach up to Key Stage 5, depending on qualifications and experience.
- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that foster a love for Science.
- Support students' progress by creating a positive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously enhance the Science curriculum.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4 is essential; experience at KS5 is desirable.
- Strong subject knowledge, particularly in Chemistry, Biology, or Physics.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to student achievement.
- A collaborative and flexible approach to teaching.
