Role Overview:
As a Science Teacher, you will have the thrilling opportunity to ignite students' passion for Biology, Chemistry, and Physics across various key stages. Your role will be crucial in fostering critical thinking, scientific inquiry, and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Deliver Dynamic Lessons: Craft engaging and interactive lessons in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics that capture students' imaginations.
- Cultivate a Curious Classroom: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages all students to participate and explore.
- Personalise Learning: Tailor teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of your students, ensuring everyone has the chance to succeed.
- Monitor and Motivate: Regularly assess student progress and provide insightful, constructive feedback to support their development.
- Innovate the Curriculum: Play a key role in developing the science curriculum, integrating cutting-edge resources and innovative teaching methods.

Requirements:
- A degree in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
