My pioneering global innovative solution driven consultancy firm is looking for an experienced certified Scrum Master to join one of their high impact delivery teams. What You'll Be Doing:

• Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies with energy and purpose
• Enabling high-performing teams through coaching, servant leadership, and proactive delivery support
• Partnering with Product Owners to align backlog priorities with real business value
• Using delivery metrics to radiate progress and inform decision-making
• Creating a positive, solution-focused culture that supports continuous improvement

The successful candidates will have the following key core competencies

• Proven experience in a dedicated Scrum Master role
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and how to apply them pragmatically
• Skilled in using Jira, Confluence, and reporting tools to manage delivery
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to coach, guide, and support teams through change and transformation

Location: Knutsford (2 days onsite, 3 remote)
Contract: Initial 3 months (strong potential to extend)
Day Rate: £300 to £400 a day Inside IR35
