Requirements:
- At least 18 months recent experience in an administrative or secretarial position
- Previous experience within a Health & Social Care Trust would be highly advantageous
- Minute/note taking experience is essential
- Confident communicator
- Strong organisational & time management skills
- Proficient user of MS Office
- Ability to use own initiative and work independently
- Strong data entry and word processing skills
- Ability to prioritise work to achieve set deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- For some roles enhanced vetting will be applicable.
Responsibilities:
- All aspects of administrative and secretarial support ensure the effective operation of systems and procedures within all functional areas to drafting and typing letters, audio typing, data inputting and word processing
- Email and records management
- Acting as first point of contact by welcoming visitors/guests upon arrival
- Diary management including arrange travel and accommodation requirements
- Call handling duties
- Manage incoming emails, faxes and post
- Volume Data entry & schedule management
- Ensure that stationery stock levels are maintained, replenished and stored securely.
