Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven Experience: You possess experience as a Section Engineer or similar role in the highways sector, with a proven track record of working on complex civil engineering projects.
• Technical Expertise: You have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and materials related to highways, including excavation, foundations, drainage, and roadworks.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: You are a strong problem solver, able to think critically and find practical solutions to technical challenges.
• Technical Proficiency: You are proficient in using surveying equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS), CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D), and other relevant technical applications.
• Communication Skills: You are an effective communicator, able to clearly convey technical information to the site team, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Leadership Skills: You have a proven ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
