About the Role:
As an SEMH English Teacher, you will create a stimulating and supportive learning environment for students with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging English lessons that cater to individual learning styles and levels.
- Implementing creative teaching strategies and resources to inspire a love of language and literature.
- Building strong and trusting relationships with students, fostering their self-esteem and confidence.
- Collaborating effectively with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to provide holistic support for each student.
- Monitoring and assessing student progress, identifying and addressing individual learning needs.

About You:
- You are a qualified teacher with QTS (mandatory).
- You have experience teaching English to students with SEMH needs, understanding the diverse challenges they may face.

- You are committed to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of all students.
