Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEMH needs.
- Assist in managing classroom behavior and promoting emotional well-being.
- Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to adapt learning activities.
- Help students develop essential life skills, confidence, and social interaction.
- Encourage positive engagement and build trusting relationships with students.
Requirements
- Experience working with SEMH, SEN, or behavioral needs (school or similar setting).
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to supporting young learners.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to individual learning needs.
- Work in the UK without any restrictions (No Sponsorship)
- Possess an Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to get one.
