The Role :
We are seeking a dedicated SEMH TA to work at a welcoming SEN School based in King's Lynn. As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. You will work closely with teachers to deliver tailored interventions and provide one-on-one or small group support to help students achieve their full potential.

Your Responsibilities :
- Supporting students in their academic and personal development
- Implementing individualised learning plans
- Providing emotional and behavioural support
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Promoting positive behaviour and self-esteem
Requirements :
- Previous experience working with children with SEMH needs (desirable but not essential)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- DBS (or the willingness to apply)
- A compassionate and patient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
- Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake training
