Randstad is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Outreach Teaching Assistant to join our team in Cambridge.
About the Role:
As an SEN Outreach Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support to students with a range of special educational needs in the comfort of their own homes. Your mornings will be focused on:
- Working one-to-one with students during the morning hours (3 hours per day) to deliver engaging learning activities.
- Implementing tailored learning plans developed in collaboration with teachers, parents, and therapists.
- Building positive relationships with students, fostering their confidence and independence.
- Providing a positive and encouraging learning environment that celebrates each student's achievements.
