Randstad is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Morning Outreach Tutor to join our team in Cambridge.
About the Role:
As an SEN Outreach Tutor, you will provide individualised support to students with a range of special educational needs (SEN) in the comfort of their own homes. This rewarding role involves:
- Working one-to-one with students during the morning hours to deliver tailored lessons and learning activities.
- Collaborating with parents, teachers, and therapists to develop and implement personalized learning plans that address each student's unique needs and goals.
- Creating engaging and stimulating learning experiences that foster academic growth, confidence, and independence.
- Providing regular feedback and progress reports to parents and relevant professionals.

About You:
- You have a passion for working with students with SEN and a deep understanding of their diverse learning needs.
- You possess a relevant teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) or significant experience in SEN tutoring.
- You are patient, adaptable, and creative in your approach to teaching and learning.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with students, families, and professionals.
