Key Responsibilities:

What They're Looking For:

• Qualifications: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher, with GCSE English and Maths (grade C or above).
• Experience: A solid understanding of and experience with students with SEN, SLD/PMLD, ADHD, and ASD, along with a strong grasp of safeguarding and behaviour management.
• Passion: A genuine desire to work in a multicultural, inclusive setting, where every day presents new opportunities to make a difference.
