Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborative Learning: Work closely with teachers to create dynamic, engaging learning experiences that inspire and challenge students across all areas of the curriculum.
- Mentorship and Support: Build strong, positive relationships with students, helping them navigate their educational journey with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Impactful Feedback: Provide insightful feedback on student performance, supporting teachers in tracking progress and celebrating achievements.
- Inclusive Education: Contribute to an inclusive environment that values diversity and ensures all students have the opportunity to succeed.
What They're Looking For:
- Qualifications: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher, with GCSE English and Maths (grade C or above).
- Experience: A solid understanding of and experience with students with SEN, SLD/PMLD, ADHD, and ASD, along with a strong grasp of safeguarding and behaviour management.
