Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students, adapting teaching methods to meet their individual learning needs.
• Assist in implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) for personalised learning experiences.
• Support classroom management and help maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
• Establish effective communication channels with parents, teachers, and specialists to ensure a collaborative approach to student support.
• Prepare and adapt teaching materials to cater to the diverse needs of students.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience working or volunteering with SEND children (preferably with autism/ADHD experience).
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Caring and empathetic personality.
• Commitment to safeguarding children.
• A DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
