Position Overview:

As a Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA), you will play a crucial role in ensuring that students with SEN receive the support they require to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one support to students with SEN, tailoring your approach to their unique needs
• Assisting the class teacher in implementing individualised education plans (IEPs)

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role or a strong desire to work with students with SEN
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to adapt and be flexible in response to the changing needs of students
