Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised support to students with special educational needs, including PMLD, autism, and complex medical conditions.
- Assist students both in the classroom and in community settings to help them meet their educational and personal goals.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes equality and respect.
- Encourage independence and social-emotional growth through a range of engaging activities.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and professionals to provide tailored support, including personal care and physical interventions when necessary.

We are looking for individuals who:
- Are passionate about helping children and young people overcome challenges and succeed in their education.
- Are patient, proactive, and determined to find solutions to learning barriers.
- Have a creative and adaptable approach to supporting students' needs.
- Possess excellent communication skills, especially when working with students who have specific communication challenges.
- Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of students.
- Hold a Level 2 qualification in Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Are eager to pursue further qualifications and training, which will be fully funded by us.
