Are you a confident SEN Teaching Assistant with a background in SEMH? Join our specialist provision to support KS3-KS4 students with emotional and behavioural needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Build trusting relationships with pupils
Use de-escalation strategies and behaviour plans
Assist with literacy and numeracy interventions
Support emotional well-being through daily check-ins
Must-Have:
SEN experience in education or care
Understanding of trauma-informed practice
