To get this role, your core requirements would be :
- Relevant SEN teaching experience with UK PGCE, QTS or equivalent qualification (must be able to reference your recent work with 2 professional references)
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
- Eligibility to work in the UK (Essential as sponsorship is not available with this role)
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Commitment, flexibility and enthusiasm
- Strong knowledge of the curriculum
- Being passionate about teaching and learning

Your main Responsibilities for this role would include:
- A willingness to learn and build relationships with learners
- Confidence to teach in different educational subjects
- The ability to work as an individual and as a part of the team
- Creating a positive learning environment through professionally planned lessons and classroom displays
- Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience in children
- Having control over the whole class and maintaining discipline
- Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that engage and challenge students of varying abilities and learning styles.
- Good knowledge and experience of the UK national curriculum.
