The Opportunity:
Support students with a variety of needs including ASD, ADHD, and PMLD. Deliver tailored learning experiences in a classroom where every achievement is celebrated.
Responsibilities:
- Design lessons that reflect individual EHCPs and developmental stages.
- Use the P Scales and specialist resources to engage learners.
- Foster trust and consistency with pupils.
- Implement inclusive behaviour strategies.
- Assist with personal care where appropriate.
What You'll Need:
- UK-recognised QTS.
- Current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
