Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to student needs.
• Use alternative teaching strategies, including sensory-based learning.
• Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and therapists to support students' progress.
• Encourage social, emotional, and personal development in a positive learning environment.
• Implement behaviour support strategies that promote engagement and success.

Candidate Requirements:

• QTS / PGCE / QTLS (or equivalent qualification).
• Experience working with SEN students, particularly those with Autism and SEMH needs.
• Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with students.
• Knowledge of EHCPs, adaptive curriculum planning, and behaviour management.
• Enthusiastic, creative, and committed to inclusive education.
