What You'll Do:
Teach and nurture learners with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, ASD, and global developmental delays. You'll play a key role in shaping a positive, individualised education for every child in your class.
Responsibilities Include:
- Creating differentiated learning plans based on P Levels and EHCP goals
- Building meaningful relationships to foster emotional safety
- Supporting students' personal care and self-help skills when needed
- Using positive reinforcement to promote behaviour and engagement
Requirements:
- Hold QTS and have recent SEN experience in UK schools
- Legal right to work in the UK (we cannot offer sponsorship)
- A valid DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to obtain)
- Confident with adaptive teaching and behavioural strategies
- Full-time availability during term time
