About the Role:
- Full-time SEN Teacher position with the potential to become permanent
- Working with pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties
- Delivering tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs
- Creating a structured and supportive classroom environment
- Collaborating with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent SEN teaching qualification
- Experience working with children with SEN in a school setting
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to suit different learning styles and needs
- Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills
- A patient, positive, and resilient approach
