About the Role:
As a Teacher of the school, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and stimulating learning environment where every student can thrive and reach their full potential. This rewarding role involves:
- Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with a range of learning difficulties.
- Implementing creative teaching strategies and utilising a variety of resources to create a multi-sensory and engaging learning experience.
- Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and parents, to provide holistic support for each student.
- Assessing student progress and development, creating personalised learning plans, and celebrating achievements.
About You:
- You are a qualified teacher holding QTS or equivalent.
- You have experience teaching students with special educational needs and are familiar with different learning styles and strategies.
- You possess excellent communication, classroom management, and behavior management skills.
- You are passionate about inclusive education and committed to creating a positive and supportive learning environment where every child feels valued and empowered.
